Better quality of residential life goes through new technologies...

This is the motto of Livingroop's 1st Press Release at the 2017 Web Summit. The body of text is as follows:

The collective infrastructure that many condominiums currently hold will only be pleasurable if the condominium owners handle to create a collaborative environment among them and easily develop dynamics of use.
The LIVINGROOP project is presented to achieve this situation, facilitating the relationships and overcoming the traps that the traditional decision process, the General Assembly, historically causes.

More and more often the residential organization in large metropolises passes through condominiums where it is possible to share high quality equipments at acceptable common costs and whose usufruct can contribute to increase the residential satisfaction.

However, there are several cases where the environment of these communities does not help the use of these common structures eliminating many of the advantages that this form of residential organization introduces.

The main origin of this situation is traditionally the General Assembly of Owners that, if not properly cared for, provides situations that may prevent the most desirable development of the interpersonal relationships of the residential community.
 

The residential quality then goes through processes that facilitate the attainment of a global collaborative spirit and by an unquestionable decision process, without any type of participatory restriction.

The LIVINGROOP project has this main objective, providing new features that allow us to increase the collaborative spirit and the sense of belonging and disminishing situations that could create conflicts.

LIVINGROOP generates Social Networks for residential condominiums or timeshare resorts including Online General Assemblies, relationship tools, proximity services and other features... Each Social Network is independent and private for each community and configurable accordingly with it's structure.

LIVINGROOP is a project develop in Portugal by a little team, who lived this reality, and will be exposed in WEB SUMMIT with the aim of verifying the acceptance of its concept and the possibility of building a network of partnerships for the purpose of its development and exploration domestically and internationally.
